I am happy to practice with you the wonderful Surya Kriya. 

Surya Kriya is a phenomenal process to bring smoothness to your system. This smoothness or  well-oiled feeling within your self will not come unless you are in synchronization with the largest system, which is the solar system. The larger body of who you are is the solar system. In this wonderful Kriya which is dedicated to the sun we are experiencing breathing techniques, body exercises and powerful mantras to come into the vibrations with sun energy.
