Kriya for the Lymph Glands - Glands are the Guardian of Health.

When the lymph glands aren't doing their job, and the lungs aren't working properly, dead cells and mucous in the lungs do not clear out.  In ancient scripture there was a saying: "When anything above the Navel Point goes wrong, it is almost always a permanent problem. Below the Navel Point, a problem can always be cured.“
