All of us know….our intentions…. thoughts and feelings… in the now…. affects how matter and energy behave around us… that we are being given… what we want (or not want) to perceive…. the field plays with us and we are playing with the field … the way we want (or not want) to play…. drawing the events to us.
Sitting still… with a quiet mind… becoming soft and gentle…. open and receptive…. streaming in source energy ….igniting our selfs from inside out… letting the light shine onto our path of life…. just by sitting still and holding the intentions… not taking any action in the so-called real world… to create what we want…. learning to be present in the present….. to live each moment fully aware of ...to illuminate my path to the life I want to live…. playing with endless possibilities available in each moment in the now… how I perceive what happens right now… from different perspectives…. knowing that it is my presence in the generous present moment… the presence of coherence and alignment with that what I am truly are.
There are these old sayings…. "One must go into the dark to find the light"… "To find your self you must lose your self".. and in the same way … I have to go to nowhere …and coming back from nowhere to become NOWhere…. to clear my mind … othwerwise my mind expects linear experiences… trying to control the outcomes… judging the now and my self… what is wrong and false in my life…. blablabla…. my mind trys to predict and control my life… in nearly every second …. convinced by the thought that life happens to us…. but in fact life happens for us.... and so I know…. my intentions and awareness in the now matters in everything I do… think and feel… perceive in the NOW.
Releasing any lack of clarity and confusion…. to become crystal clear …who I am.... that I am the creator ... I am source energy…. unplugging my self from all distractions like worries and doubts…. anger and fear…. calling in divine presence in the NOW…. observing my self…. not trying to become better…. not striving to become better ....stopping always striving for this betterness…. the question occours.... How much I am worth?.... and usually we say: Well, that depends on how I am created my self (or not).... thinking that the better it is ... the better your life will be.... and by better means ....you have to qualify for a bigger and better "someone".....so the better you make your self and the more competent and determined.... mature and disciplined.... powerful and evolved you are.... the more spirit will enlist you for a better life.... and that is all simply NOT TRUE....it is one of the lies we learnt to live with.
It is not about becoming better in the now... it is about becoming the NOW.... my self is endless and infinite.... exploring it in the now.... is creating new ways of feelings and beingness.... living my self in a happy and fulfilled now.... is creating a World full of Love and Joy.... realizing nothing better..... but feeling the difference and exploring and deepening it..... experiencing this energy…. breathing in new ways of presence in the now…. how I will feel like in the now…. connecting to my inner vision… without any forcing… just being with it…. allowing it…. feeling my self … standing in front of the door… I am opening up…. coming from nowhere to NOWhere… seeing my path….. my golden path for living in the now… my life´s journey… my road ahead…. stepping into it ….. from NOWhere… feeling it….. connecting the feelings with my heart… with compassion and kindness …. my loving and joyful awareness.
Taking a moment in the NOW…. for eternal moments full of love and joy in the NOW…. setting the intention for my path…. kNOWing that I am always on my path…. setting an intention….for the new ways of my beingness in the now….coming from nowhere to become NOWhere… being present in the present… trying more and more to become the now… as a loving and joyful awareness… being kind and peaceful … is creating a World of Peace and Light…… being a presence of joy…. a presence of love … where ever I am… I go… and whatever comes through me…. whatever I perceive in the outside…. I am a presence of unconditional Love and unconditional Joy… in the eternal now... opening up every day the door to a Happy New Now.
